TEHRAN (Fars News Agency) -- The drug campaign agents of Isfahan's Law Enforcement Police seized more than 600 kilograms of illicit drugs in a special operation.

The police agents launched extensive intelligence and reconnaissance operations when they were reported about the gang and they finally managed to arrest 6 of its members in a surprise attack, in addition to seizing 555 kilograms of opium and 53.7 kilograms of marijuana, altogether making a total of 608.7 kilograms of narcotics.

The police also discovered and confiscated 50 million Tomans in cash, 3 automobiles and a firearm.
